Returned Goods must be unused, unopened (if applicable), and in original condition with packaging.
Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Health or hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened
  • Personal training services purchased, after 3-day rite of recission

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of approved returns.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your Account.
